Mounting hardware was all included, welds all looked good, paint seems to be durable (no scratches from cutting it out of the bubble wrap), holes all lined up without forcing anything. I work slow, so installation took me about 2 hours, about half of that time was used in removing the parts from the excessive bubble wrap (no worry about anything being damaged in shipment here Lol) another 30 minutes of that time was spent trying to make sense of the fuzzy pictures that they laughably call instructions, another reviewer said that he installed his in 15 minutes, now that I’ve done this once, I could match that time as long as the parts were already out of the bubble wrap, did I mention that the parts are really wrapped up well :-). I haven’t laid the bike on its side yet to see if the bars will keep all the important/expensive things from making contact with the ground in the event of a tip over, I plan on doing that as soon as I get my Bark-busters, and soft panniers (still on order) installed, being able to gently lay the bike on its side without damaging it is one of the main reasons I install crash bars, works better than having a center stand if you find yourself needing to do any tire or chain repair out in the middle of nowhere. Today is 4/21/2025, I will update this review (only) if the crash bars fail my test, if you don’t see any update by 5/21/2025, it means that I think this product is good to go.
