Lighter and not as bulky as others I’ve had. The cord could be a lot longer. Seemed to do a good job and didn’t leave the carpet soaked for days. It was around 8 pm when I got fine and around 6 am the next morning it was dry. Would have given it 5 stars if the tanks didn’t make a mess when filling/emptying. Have to turn the clean water tank upside down once filled, otherwise the water will flow out..enough to make a mess…while getting the tank to the shampooer. The dirty water tank is messier than I’m used to when emptying. I just emptied it in the kichen sink vs in the bathroom. Not a big deal..will take some getting used to. It did not dispense too much soap, and picks up the water pretty well. It is pretty easy to clean up after use and, even though I vacuumed first, I was really surprised at the sound of clumped up lint that had gotten picked up. All in all, I am very happy with this shampooer after looking at several others, and this one with the good suction plus the extra accessories..hose, nozzles, samples…I would recommend this one. It can be used for carpet, furniture, car interiors, stair carpet…versatile item!
