The media could not be loaded.I got this device because my grandma’s house was left in terrible condition, and she had these heavy dark stains all over the ceramic kitchen floor. I’ve tried cleaning it using one of those metal dishwashing scrubby things, but it didn’t work. So, if I got something like this, it may be able to do the job.Contents:1 Aspiron portable carpet cleaner machine1 instruction manual1 screw1 hook for suction/brush1 small brush1 Big BrushNote: You use a screw to screw on the handle for the suction brush.Design:The Aspiron portable carpet cleaner machine is a rectangular clamshell design. It’s just under a foot high, about half an ft wide, and about a foot long, making it very compact. It’s dual color, being a sort of muted periwinkle/greyish-like blue and black. It has a clean and dirty water tank; one is used to lift the stains, and the other is where the suction of the residue goes (dirty water tank). It has a handle you must screw on that holds the cleaning brush-handle and a wrap-around at the bottom to secure the holes for easy storage and portability. It’s very portable, weighing at most 5 lbs.Cleaning (Water and Brush):To start cleaning, you grip the handle for the water tank to the side, open up the little plastic piece to put water in it, and then put it back by angling the clean water tank at a 30° angle to snap it back in. Once you do that, you can choose between a little or Big brush to clean. I used a little brush because it was a smaller area I needed to clean. You then plug it into any AC outlet; it’s one of the two prongs. You then press the power button, and it’s on. You will hear a familiar vacuum sound because it sprays and vacuums (suction). A black button on the inner side of the cleaning suction handle sprays the water, so you point it at whatever stain, and it will spray and then brush with the thick black bristles if it’s a heavy stain. If you want, you can probably spray some cleaning solution on the stains depending on the stain’s surface, but I just used water. It quickly started to remove the stains within seconds.Cleaning: (Vacuuming):At the top of the cleaning suction handle is a transparent plastic compartment that sucks up all the residue from the stain you’re trying to clean. So you angle that top section at the stain and press it against it, and it will start to suck it up. I don’t know how it works on other surfaces, but on the ceramic kitchen floor and whatever material is on my kitchen countertop (which you can see in the video review), it sucked it right up. It did a great job vacuuming the residue; however, watch out for how big it is when it’s more solid because it can get stuck. I used one of those garage bag tying materials to put into the little suction space to push it in so that it could suck that part up so that I could clean again with the suction part.I only used the small brush, so you will likely have an easier time getting more solid stuff into the suction area with a bigger brush. You can see the residue stuck into the transparent plastic compartment, which sucks it into the dirty water tank. Once finished cleaning, all you have to do is pull the handle for the dirty water tank and dump it into either a toilet or a basement sink; I tossed it into the bathroom toilet and flushed it. I cleaned the dirty water tank with hot water just by putting it under my bathroom tub faucet, and I was good to go.Wrap-up/Storage:When you first get the device, there is a screw and a handle for the suction brush. You have to place that handle for the suction brush on the back side of the portable carpet cleaner. There is a designated area with an indentation on the back; you have to press it till it snaps into place, and then that’s when you screw the screw into the designated hole to screw in tight to affix into the back. Once you’ve put the clean and dirty water tank back in place, you can wrap the suction hose around the bottom of the device; there’s an open area that you can press it into that keeps it in place. Then, all you have to do is put the suction/brush handle onto the handle on the back side, and it snaps into place. There is a handle on top of the portable carpet cleaning machine that allows you to lift it so you can be able to place it into whatever area you decide to store it in, that you can also use it to be able to move around your house and put it on top of countertops or whatever that will make it easier for you to clean the designated area you’re trying to remove stains from. Conclusion:It did a fantastic job cleaning up these things sitting on my grandmother’s kitchen floor for almost two years. I was pleasantly surprised at how great of a job it did. I also used it to try to clean out my air fryer, which has stains that have been sitting there for about nine months, but the device does not advertise that it can do this, so this was just a bonus for me to try out. It did a reasonable job of cleaning that up, which I was pleasantly impressed by because those stains were hard from me not cleaning it out and continuing to use the air fryer for months on age-old stains. It took me about 10 minutes to clean up the floor in the kitchen, and then I little did a little spot in the living room by the kitchen floor as well. I recommend this device.
