AquaTru Carafe Countertop Glass Water Purifier, 64 Fl Oz

This order started out as a disaster. I received the package within the promised time but the moment I picked up the package I knew something was very wrong. This very large Walmart box was weightless. When I opened it it was stuffed with packing paper and buried underneath it was a very small box that was a random solo aquatru filter. Of course I freaked out and called Walmart customer service and the agent said he would notify the shipper and I should expect to hear from them within a few days. Not happy with that answer I pushed back and he helpfully looked up their phone number and gave it to me. I called them and their customer rep (Jennifer E) was very professional and immediately helpful. She calmed me down and assured me that they would ship me the correct item and that she would personally follow it through. She sent me the re-order document with shipping details and additional emails to keep me apprised when it shipped. The product came as she promised and it arrived in the original Aquatru box direct from AquaTru (Ideal Products?). It was in good shape and after an easy set up process it is running perfectly. My wife and I are delighted with the product and the water is noticeably better tasting. Not sure why the original shipment came through Walmart shipping and the “replacement” order came direct from AquaTru (Ideal Products?) but I will be very hesitant to order such an expensive product through Walmart again although Ideal Products was the seller and did ultimately make it right.
