20 x 60 Professionally Set Up Frame Tent

Description TENT SEASON: March 15th – October 31.  Weather permitting.   10 Feet of Unobstructed Space All Around The Perimeter Is Required For This Tent To Be Installed We do all the work of setting the tent up and tearing this tent down. Our beautiful 20 X 40 and 20 x 20 frame tents have a high peak with no cables obstructing the beauty of your event. Each tent pole is secured to the ground with  24″ stakes. Configurations: Option 1: We can connect  the 20 x 40 and the 20 x 20 with a rain gutter and create a 20 x 60 tent.  This configuration would require an unobstructed space of 30′ x 70′. Option 2 : “L – Shaped” by placing the 20 x 20 in front of 1/2 the 20 x 40 and joining the two tents together with a rain gutter.  As shown below. Tent walls in photo are additional. Side walls are optional. * Guy-lines that extent out 6′ will be added in the event of winds or when side walls are added. Heating available.  See Heaters and Fans.   What happens if I order a tent and when it arrives to be set up it doesn’t fit in my yard?  This is a situation that we all want to avoid.  The best thing to do is to measure your yard before placing your order, or hire us to come out and do a yard check.  Should the tent not fit; our cancelation policy would apply.  You would lose the deposit.         Things to consider when measuring and checking your yard for tent compatibility. Refer to the pencil sketch on this page for your tent’s measurements. Your space must be 30 x 50 and meet the requirements below. Call J.U.L.I.E, the underground marking company, and ensure the location of the tent legs or guy lines are 2 feet off any markings. J.U.L.I.E. can be reached by dialing 811. Sprinkler systems, septic tanks, and other lines privately installed cannot be seen and/or marked by J.U.L.I.E., or our staff; it is the homeowners responsibility to have these clearly marked. We are not responsible for any damage done. Place away from trees and the branches.  You would be responsible for any damage done to the canopy due to tree branches staining or ripping the canopy. Consider the flattest section of your yard for the location. Tents cannot be installed over steep grades. Distance 5 FT  from fencing and other solid structures so tent poles can be lifted into place. The tent canopy needs to be able to lie flat on the ground during installation and CANNOT be lifted over retaining walls, trees, deck railings, shrubs, etc. If you have an underground sprinkler system, you must have someone on-site that knows where the lines are to instruct the staff on where it is safe to stake. Mark each sprinkler head and run string to show the lines.  We are not responsible for any damage to sprinkler systems. If you have a septic system, you must have someone on-site that knows where it is located.  Tents cannot be placed in that area. We are not responsible for any damage to septic systems. Each tent leg is staked with 2 stakes.  Each stake has an underground depth of 26″. Tents cannot be installed in gravel, dirt, or sand. Cooking is NOT allowed under any of our tents.  Stains will occur and you will be financially responsible for cleaning and/or replacement of the tent canopy. Do not adhere decorations to the canopy or near the canopy as permanent stains occur that you are responsible for.  **New for 2025 JULIE is requiring all yards mark yards with white flags to show the area to check for underground utilities. Flags are available at our store with rental** FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL OCCUPANTS, EVACUATION IS RECOMMENDED IF THREATENING WEATHER OCCURS, OR IF THERE IS ANY DOUBT CONCERNING THE SAFE USE OF THIS PRODUCT. Professionally Set Up Tent Cancelation Policy: Up until 14  days before your scheduled delivery date date your deposit is refundable minus 3% credit card processing fee. After that date the 50% deposit is non refundable.  Rental pricing includes an accidental Damage Waiver.  The Damage Waiver does not protect against abuse, misuse, or theft.
