Description 20 x 20 Fair Weather Customer Set Up Canopy TENT SEASON: April 7th – October 31 weather permitting This tent is customer set up only.  These customer set up canopies are perfect for shelter from light rain or for creating shade. They have a center pole and requires space of 27 X 27 to anchor the guy lines that stakes into the earth.  Staking the guy lines are required as that is what tensions the canopy. Stakes are 24″ in length. It is recommended that you call J.U.L.I.E. to have your yard marked for underground utility lines. Tents cannot be installed in gravel, dirt, or sand. Cooking is NOT allowed under any of our tents.  Stains will occur and you will be financially responsible for cleaning and/or replacement of the tent canopy. Do not adhere decorations to the canopy or near the canopy as permanent stains occur that you are responsible for. ** If winds are exceeding 30 mph or strong storms are expected, the tent needs to be taken down** **This item can be cancelled  in the event of strong or severe storms are forecasted on the day of your pick up without penalty. For example, on Friday you can cancel if weather for Saturday or Sunday is forecasted to have strong or severe storms** Seating options: 6 – 6 FT banquet tables 6 – 8 FT banquet tables 4 – 60″ Round tables FOR THE SAFETY OF ALL OCCUPANTS, EVACUATION IS RECOMMENDED IF THREATENING WEATHER OCCURS, OR IF THERE IS ANY DOUBT CONCERNING THE SAFE USE OF THIS PRODUCT. Rental pricing includes an accidental Damage Waiver. The Damage Waiver does not protect against abuse, misuse, or theft. What you need to assemble:  An unobstructed grassy space that is 27 x 27 Safety gear hard hat and steel toe boots Sledge hammer Measuring Tape What we provide: Canopy Tent Poles Stakes Tarp Stake Puller Tent instructions: NOTE – OUR CANOPY IS ALL WHITE AS PICTURED ABOVE Tent Return Instructions: As per your signed contract, items must be returned in the condition sent out; clean, dry and with no additional damage.   Lay the provided tarp on the ground during the set up and tear down process to keep the canopy clean.  Wipe off any dirt that may have gotten on the canopy, wipe off any dirt that may be on the stakes prior to pulling them out of the “O – rings”.  Make every attempt to fold up the canopy when dry.  Kindly alert the staff if returning wet. Transporting: This canopy breaks down into 3 pieces; a large duffel bag for the canopy, a long skinny bag for the poles, and a smaller heavy bag for the stakes as seen below in the photo.  Items are on cart that measures 30″ x 60″.
