There are three Velcro’d in dividers. One has ball holders at the base. Then a divider between the balls, then the top piece that holds the divider and connects to either side of the bag; your bowling shoes sit above that. You can see this orientation in my photo. You can unzip the front of the bag all the way and easily access your balls and shoes without them falling out. When used as a bowling bag, you will use the reinforced handle on top to lift the bag higher or set it on the ground. You will then use the roller wheel and extendable handle to pull the bag around. Very easy to move in this setup.Secondly, this can be used as a travel bag. Pull out the dividers and you will see the elastic straps and connector so you can stretch it over your packed clothes to hold them in the bag (see detailed product photos when you scroll down in the product listing). When used as a travel bag, you can use the rolly bag feature OR you can pull out the hidden backpack straps and wear it as a backpack. I would only suggest using the backpack straps when the bag is full of clothes and not bowling balls; it’s a bit too heavy/uncomfortable to backpack bowling balls.The bag has extra zippered pockets, as well. Two larger pockets on the front and two smaller pockets on either side at the top. The backpack straps hide away in their own zippered pocket and the retractable handle hides in a zippered pocket, as well.This is a well-made bag. Strongly made and should last for years. It comes with ZERO instructions for use, so you really need to look at this listing to understand how to put it together and when to use each component.
